Chef Yvon Gros, a native of Provence France, fills you up as much with hospitality and incredulous mischief, as he does delectable food preparations. This farm to table features whole roasted meats, vegetables, salads, and dessert, all with French-Mediterranean flair, allowing the robust flavors of high season to shine through.
